Processing of personal data on our website

The Teepack Spezialmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG - as is customary and necessary for use on Internet sites - processes so-called server log files when the user accesses our website. Your IP address will be truncated by Google within the European Union or in a contracting state to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The legal basis for a transfer of personal data is the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield.

If you have questions or requests, we are at your disposal. We process your information to answer your product or service requests (Art.6 para.1 b, f GDPR). The communication of address and telecommunication data marked as mandatory is required in order to be able to process and answer your request. The voluntary specification of further data facilitates the processing of your request. Basically, we store the details of your inquiry after answering the request for six years, if it concerns commercial or business letters (§ 257 para.4 Commercial Code, § 6 para.1 c GDPR).

Teepack Spezialmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. The processing can also be done electronically.
